How do I reserve a unit?
Reservations are made directly through Airbnb. Visit our listings forThe Downtown RetreatandMain Street Overlookand select your dates. Booking is confirmed once payment is processed through the Airbnb platform.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. A minimum of two nights is required for most dates. Longer minimums may apply during peak seasons or holidays — check the listing calendar for current requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are set through Airbnb and are visible on each unit's listing page before you book. We recommend reviewing the policy carefully prior to confirming your reservation.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed securely through Airbnb. We do not accept direct payments outside of the platform.
Can I book both units at the same time for a group?
Yes — both units can be booked simultaneously for larger groups traveling together. Book each unit separately through their respective Airbnb listings.
PROPERTY & ARRIVAL

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — message us through Airbnb before your arrival date to inquire.
Where do I park?
Off-street parking is available on-site for guests. Specific parking details and any instructions will be included in your pre-arrival message through Airbnb.
Are pets allowed?
Please check the individual unit listing on Airbnb for the current pet policy. Policies may vary by unit. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted inside either unit. A designated outdoor area is available for smokers. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a cleaning fee.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in both units. Login credentials will be provided upon check-in.
What amenities are included?

Is there a noise policy?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that guests be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
